The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 294.5p on 17 February 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 16 February 2010 was 281.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 22 February 2010. As at 22 February 2010 the issued share capital will be 93,180,564 and the number of voting rights will be 93,180,564.
