The Company announces the allotment of 275,000 Ordinary Shares at 290.0p on 22 October 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 21 October 2009 was 283.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 27 October 2009. As at 27 October 2009 the issued share capital will be 85,042,621 and the number of voting rights will be 85,042,621.
