The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 333.0p on 1 December 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 30 November 2010 was 318.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 December 2010. As at 6 December 2010 the issued share capital will be 98,680,564 and the number of voting rights will be 98,680,564.
