The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 308.5p on 2 March 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1 March 2010 was 298.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 March 2010. As at 5 March 2010 the issued share capital will be 94,405,564 and the number of voting rights will be 94,405,564.
