The Company announces the allotment of 400,000 Ordinary Shares at 291.5p on 6 July 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 5 July 2010 was 282.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 July 2010. As at 9 July 2010 the issued share capital will be 95,530,564 and the number of voting rights will be 95,530,564.
