The Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 291.5p on 7 July 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 6 July 2010 was 283.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 July 2010. As at 12 July 2010 the issued share capital will be 95,655,564 and the number of voting rights will be 95,655,564.
