The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 311.5p on 11 March 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 March 2010 was 305.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 March 2010. As at 16 March 2010 the issued share capital will be 94,605,564 and the number of voting rights will be 94,605,564.
