The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 252.0p on 25 June 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 24 June 2009 was 239.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 30 June 2009. As at 30 June 2009 the issued share capital will be 80,962,621 and the number of voting rights will be 80,962,621.
