The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 303.0p on 29 July 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 28 July 2010 was 294.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 03 August 2010. As at 03 August 2010 the issued share capital will be 95,705,564 and the number of voting rights will be 95,705,564.
