The Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 324.0p on 20 April 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 19 April 2011 was 311.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 27 April 2011. As at 27 April 2011 the issued share capital will be 99,355,564 and the number of voting rights will be 99,355,564.
