The Company announces the allotment of 175,000 Ordinary Shares at 298.0p on 12 August 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 11 August 2010 was 290.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 August 2010. As at 17 August 2010 the issued share capital will be 96,530,564 and the number of voting rights will be 96,530,564.
