The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 290.0p on 30 August 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 26 August 2011 was 277.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 02 September 2011. As at 02 September 2011 the issued share capital will be 100,105,564 and the number of voting rights will be 100,105,564.
