The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 333.75p on 27 January 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 26 January 2011 was 322.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 February 2011. As at 1 February 2011 the issued share capital will be 98,955,564 and the number of voting rights will be 98,955,564.
