The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 312.5p on 8 June 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 7 June 2011 was 304.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 13 June 2011. As at 13 June 2011 the issued share capital will be 99,855,564 and the number of voting rights will be 99,855,564.
