                            Second Interim Dividend



The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 2.75p per ordinary
share in respect of the period ended 31 August 2007. The dividend will be paid
on 30 August 2007 to shareholders on the register on 10 August 2007. The shares
will be quoted ex-dividend on 8 August 2007.

The Board remains confident that it will be able to declare a further dividend
of 2.75p per ordinary share, making a total dividend for the nine month period
of 8.25p per ordinary share, which is consistent with the forecast in the
Proposals Document.
