Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared an increased third interim dividend of 3.20 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2009. The dividend will be paid on 28 August 2009 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 7 August 2009. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 August 2009.
