First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 3.00p per ordinary share
in respect of the period ended 30 November 2007. The dividend will be paid on 29
February 2008 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 8 February
2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 February 2008.
