Second Interim Dividend



The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 3.00p (three pence) per
ordinary share in respect of the period ended 29 February 2008. The dividend
will be paid on 30 May 2008 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on
9 May 2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 7 May 2008.
