Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a fourth interim dividend of 3.60p (three point six pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2010. The dividend will be paid on 30 November 2010 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 5 November 2010. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 3 November 2010.
