First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 3.00p (three pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2009. The dividend will be paid on 27 February 2009 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 6 February 2009. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 February 2009.
