Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 3.90p (three point nine pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2011. The dividend will be paid on 31 August 2011 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 5 August 2011. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 3 August 2011.
