HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 3.60p (three point six pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2010, which is an increase of 12.5% over the previous quarterly dividend of 3.20p. The dividend will be paid on 31 August 2010 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 6 August 2010. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 August 2010.
