Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 3.90p (three point nine pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2012. The dividend will be paid on 31 May 2012 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 4 May 2012. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 2 May 2012.
