Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a Fourth interim dividend of 4.40p (four point four zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2013. The dividend will be paid on 29 November 2013 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 8 November 2013. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 November 2013.
