Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a Second interim dividend of 4.40p (four point four zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2014. The dividend will be paid on 30 May 2014 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 9 May 2014. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 7 May 2014.
