HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a Fourth interim dividend of 4.70p (four point seven zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2014. The dividend will be paid on 28 November 2014 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 7 November 2014. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 November 2014.
