HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 4.70p (four point seven zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2015. The dividend will be paid on 29 May 2015 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 8 May 2015. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 7 May 2015.
