HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

Third Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 5.10p (five point one zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2016. The dividend will be paid on 31 August 2016 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 5 August 2016. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 August 2016.
