The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 311.00p per share on 23 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 22 April 2014 was 307.9p

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 April 2014. As at 28 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,170,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,170,564.
