The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 309.5p per share on 25 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 24 April 2014 was 307.00p

These shares will be issued for cash on 30 April 2014. As at 30 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,220,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,220,564.
