The Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 316.75p per share on 27 May 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 23 May 2014 was 309.8p

These shares will be issued for cash on 30 May 2014. As at 30 May 2014 the issued share capital will be 107,270,564 and the number of voting rights will be 107,270,564.
