The Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 318.00p per share on 29 May 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 28 May 2014 was 311.80p

These shares will be issued for cash on 03 June 2014. As at 03 June 2014 the issued share capital will be 107,620,564 and the number of voting rights will be 107,620,564.
