The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 311p per share on 6 May 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 2 May 2014 was 305.6p

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 May 2014. As at 9 May 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,595,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,595,564.
