The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 305p per share on 7 May 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 6 May 2014 was 304p

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 May 2014. As at 12 May 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,645,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,645,564.
