The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 306p per share on 8 May 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 7 May 2014 was 298.3p

These shares will be issued for cash on 13 May 2014. As at 13 May 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,720,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,720,564.
