The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 318.00p per share on 02 June 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 30 May 2014 was 311.30p

These shares will be issued for cash on 05 June 2014. As at 05 June 2014 the issued share capital will be 107,670,564 and the number of voting rights will be 107,670,564.
