The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 309.50p per share on 16 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 15 April 2014 was 306.2p

These shares will be issued for cash on 23 April 2014. As at 23 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,095,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,095,564.
