The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 319.50p per share on 11 August 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 08 August 2014 was 312.00p

These shares will be issued for cash on 14 August 2014. As at 14 August 2014 the issued share capital will be 108,095,564 and the number of voting rights will be 108,095,564.
