The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 322.00p per share on 19 December 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 18 December 2014 was 314.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 23 December 2014. As at 23 December 2014 the issued share capital will be 109,970,564 and the number of voting rights will be 109,970,564.
