HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 321.5p per share on 23 October 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 October 2014 was 317.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 27 October 2014. As at 27 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 108,695,564 and the number of voting rights will be 108,695,564.
