HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 320.25p per share on 1 October 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 30 September 2014 was 313.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 October 2014. As at 6 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 108,595,564 and the number of voting rights will be 108,595,564.
