HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 336.50p per share on  06 March 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 05 March 2015 was 329.50p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 10 March 2015. As at 10 March 2015 the issued share capital will be 110,445,564 and the number of voting rights will be 110,445,564.
