HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 327.25p per share on 2 December 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1 December 2014 was 318.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 4 December 2014. As at 4 December 2014 the issued share capital will be 109,220,564 and the number of voting rights will be 109,220,564.
