The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 328p per share on 4 December 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 December 2014 was 317.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 December 2014. As at 8 December 2014 the issued share capital will be 109,370,564 and the number of voting rights will be 109,370,564.
