The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 329p per share on 5 December 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 4 December 2014 was 319.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 December 2014. As at 9 December 2014 the issued share capital will be 109,470,564 and the number of voting rights will be 109,470,564.
