HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 339.50p per share on 13 May 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 12 May 2015 was 327.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 15 May 2015. As at 15 May 2015 the issued share capital will be 111,045,564 and the number of voting rights will be 111,045,564.
