HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 294.00p per share on 28 October 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 27 October 2015 was 290.40p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 30 October 2015. As at 30 October 2015 the issued share capital will be 113,010,564 and the number of voting rights will be 113,010,564.
