HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 292.50p per share on 29 October 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 28 October 2015 was 289.00p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 November 2015. As at 2 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 113,060,564 and the number of voting rights will be 113,060,564.
