HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 338.50p per share on 08 June 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 05 June 2015 was 334.60p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 10 June 2015. As at 10 June 2015 the issued share capital will be 111,570,564  and the number of voting rights will be 111,570,564.
