The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 268.00p per share on 07 September 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 04 September 2015 was 267.70p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 09 September 2015. As at 09 September 2015 the issued share capital will be 112,395,564  and the number of voting rights will be 112,395,564.
